 Help us Build Our Family Tree!
We'd love to include your additions to our family tree. As you can see from this site, we have over 5,000 direct ancestors and relations in the system now. We have on hand about another 3,000 names that are no direct relation, but tie into the tree.
Our system is based on the use of one of two data formats. We use both the GEDCOM format (for our Web Page system) and the PAF format (for the JAVA Pedigree system).
Each of these systems have advantages, with the primary advantage to the GEDCOM format being its' standardization among virtually all Genealogy software. You can almost certainly EXPORT your data directly from your software package to the GEDCOM format and send it to us. Check your manual for the specifics on your software.
The PAF format is the format used by the Personal Ancestral File software written for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is also used in other programs, like Ancestral Quest.
Whichever you are using, send along any data you have that will extend or enhance the information contained on this site.
